Tonkotsu's winter menu - think Brussels sprouts and very hot broth

Ramen restaurant Tonkotsu, in Peckham known for its signature homemade noodles (they are cooked for exactly 32 seconds - which according to Tonkotsu is the perfect time for a medium bite) have now launched their new winter menu! It includes two amazing vegan dishes, a very hot version of their Tonkotsu dish and even a Christmas inspired noodle dish which has Brussels sprouts in it!

Vegan Yasai Curry ramen 

Classic homemade noodles in a konbu & shiitake broth with a rich Japanese curry base. Topped with king oyster mushrooms, bok choy, sweet peppers, crispy lotus root and corn cob.

 Geki Kara Ramen

This is a VERY HOT version of their Tonkotsu. Made with thin-cut homemade noodles in a pork broth enriched with lardo & soy sauce base with scotch bonnet chilli mash. Topped with roast pork belly, kikurage, spring onions and seasoned egg.

Our Japanese Mushroom Miso Ramen

Their classic Miso has been made totally vegan, with a new and improved recipe.

Konbu & shiitake broth with miso base. Classic homemade noodles topped with shiitake, shimeji & enoki mushrooms, bok choy, mange tout, padron peppers and bamboo shoots.

Kurisumasu Spiced Duck Ramen special.

Classic homemade noodles in a chicken broth with sea salt base. Topped with crispy duck in a Christmas spiced glaze, pomegranate seeds, bamboo shoots, charred Brussels sprouts and seasoned egg.
