General Store is Peckham’s neighbourhood grocery store selling seasonal fruit & vegetables and artisan specialities. The wholesome store has been aesthetically designed with vintage mental trollies, old wooden displays and traditional features which fits perfectly amongst the cluster of independent cafés, restaurants and shops down ‘villagey’ Bellenden Road.

As well as having created picture-perfect grocer the owners Merlin and Genevieve who opened General Store in 2012 also have a passion for the provenance of their produce, ensuring the quality of everything they sell.
As well as seasonal fruit and vege, General store stocks a range of daily staples, artisanal cheese, locally brewed ales, wine and fresh coffee. You can also pick up beautifully crafted hampers or join their seasonal wine club - four selections a year to complement, celebrate and embody the changing seasons - Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter.
