Kinetika Bloco, a youth music charity based in Southwark and Lambeth focused on getting young people into long creative activity through education and leadership training is putting on a charity concert this May in Copeland Park Peckham to raise money for the brilliant work they do.
Music will be provided by the Bloco Super Band, featuring some of our amazing team including Theon Cross, Sheila Maurice-Grey, Mark Kavuma and the one and only Sam Blue, and special guest headliners Brasstermind: a 10 piece brass band from Brixton playing New Orleans/soul/funk/afrobeats and more.
Kinetika Bloco’s mission is to get young people from South London engaged in long term creative activity advancing their education, skills, and capacity. Through the music, dance, design and leadership activities we enable young people to have creative engagement, determine company policy and direction and to follow pathways for leadership and career development and participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.
