In collaboration with La Fromagerie, the chefs at Peckham Refreshment Rooms are holding a masterclass. The chefs will demonstrate how to make a fermented butter, ricotta and labneh. Then you get to eat what you have been learning to make - the guys will be dishing up a 3-course meal.
