Stuff your face with vegan junk food
When the weather is a bit shite the best thing to do is stuff your face with comfort food, amirite?
How about some vegan junk food? The girls down at the vegan-friendly cafe 2 Girls’ Cafe on the North end of Peckham Rye high street are launching a vegan junk food night.
Kicking things off this Friday (11th October) 2 Girls’ cafe will be putting on a deliciously indulgent junk food spread - expect organic seitan sausage hot dogs (£5.50), veggie burgers (£8.50), mushroom nuggets (£4.50), veggie platter with dips (£7.5), breadcrumbed tofu with dips (£4), bean burrito (£7), and sides like kimchi and marinated tofu. They will also be serving vegan wine and local beers from Brick Brewery. Tempted?
The vegan nights will only take place on Fridays and Saturdays starting from 6pm.
By day 2 Girls cafe serves great coffee, vegan sweet treats and gluten-free dishes as well as having a small zero waste shop and pop up art gallery.
AND if you want to pick up one of our Peckham Girls Do It Better tote bags, Hallelujah prints or Peckham Crystal Ball print - they stock them too! Another reason to pop down.
