Old Spike Roastery

Old Spike Roastery is arguably one of the best coffee shops in Peckham. What makes an Old Spike Roastery coffee so good? Not only the fact that the delicious beans are freshly roasted weekly on site, but that each coffee you buy contributes towards alleviating homelessness in London.

This Peckham cafe is a coffee social enterprise, where homeless people are trained and employed across the business - whether that be working directly in the cafe, assisting in coffee production, or delivering coffee to wholesale customers.

Having started out as a roastery, Old Spike resembles more a cosy workshop than a coffee shop. Pop in and grab yourself a socially conscious £2.50 cappuccino, and a styling bag of Old Spike Roastery coffee to take home.
