2 NEW wine bars to open in Peckham!

Peckham has just about enough room to squeeze another two new bars into the area. This week we welcome Forza Wine - brought to you by (I hope you guessed it) the team behind Forza Win - Peckham’s contemporary Italian food restaurant. Forza Wine is Peckham’s new rooftop wine bar and restaurant, situated on the fifth floor of Market Peckham - the new renovated space on Rye Lane. They will be sharing the space with soon to open Ramen restaurant Tonkotsu.

It is fully open from Tuesday 10th September serving a wines and snacks like sausage and fontina toasties or plate of sardines and grilled veal stuffed with fior di latte for your to enjoy whilst taking in the spectacular views from their fifth floor terrace. For those of you thinking climbing 5 flights of stairs to get to wine is asking too much, there is a lift.

Up next we have Peckham Cellars. According to the 3 local co-founders it will be the new neighbourhood ‘go-to’ spot. The new wine bar and kitchen will be opening end of October / beginning of November on Queen’s Road in Peckham. It takes the place of casual dining restaurant Meet District, who after 3 years of feeding locals closed their doors on the 4th August. We are excited to see what wines and food Peckham Cellars have to offer - watch this space, update coming soon!
